According to the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia the CONSUMER may exercise the cancellation rights and withdraw from the distance contract within the period of 14 calendar days and to return the purchased good to the SELLER.
The CONSUMER shall be liable for preservation of the quality and safety of the good during the term of exercising of cancellation rights.
How to cancel and return your items
You have 14 days to return a product that you've purchased through our e-shop.
To return the unwanted items, please send the items together with the Delivery Returns Form (which will be enclosed with your order) to ARDE LINE within 14 days of the date on which you received the items.
Your return will cost 2,49 €. This will be deducted from the refund that you will receive.
The easiest way to return the goods is to bring the package to ARDE LINE store LATVIA. Returning the goods this way is free of charge for the Customer.
When returning the goods to ARDE LINE store, the Customer should bring with her/him the original documents that was enclosed with the shipment. Only this way can the purchase price be refunded to the Customer.
Once we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will send you a notice of cancellation via email, confirming reception of the parcel.
We will refund the value of your returned item(s) less the return fee of 2,49 € within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation, provided we have received the item(s) or evidence of you having returned them. Please note that the delivery fee will not be refunded if you kept items from the original order.
Please note that ARDE LINE is not obliged to refund delivery costs paid by you.
ARDE LINE will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, no later than 14 days after the day we receive the returned items from you.
ARDE LINE will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
ARDE LINE cannot process exchanges on returned items.
